measure using a fitness tracker or, for example, the free Strava app. This ensures that as many healthy minutes as possible are recorded.

For example, so that your commute or bicycle purchases are not included in the recording of athletic performance on your watch and/or the Strava app, you can use Strava and all the usual apps for sports watches and fitness trackers as “commute”. This way you get all healthy minutes and your sports values are not "falsified".
