Make sure to open the Fjuul app, pull down the front screen and come back approximately 15 minutes later. Synchronizing and processing your data may take up to 15 minutes.

If you see the dots rolling constantly, it means that there are network connectivity issues or the app cannot communicate with the server. So most likely this is a temporary problem which will resolve itself.
