There are several reasons for this:
  1. Fjuul gives you points for your exercise, so maybe your actions during the day haven't been intense enough.
  2. With some phone models, user needs to separately give permissions for apps to work in the background. We highly encourage you to do this, as Fjuul still doesn't drain your battery!
  3. Placement of your phone may have a big impact based on the activity. Try to change this if nothing else helps! Typically, it works well by just keeping it in trouser pocket.
  4. If you are using an external tracker, like Garmin device, make sure you synchronised the device with its app first.
