Fjuul tracks activities based on your body movements and movements. For example, if you carry your phone in your pants or jacket pocket, it recognizes all thecasual activities you do throughout the day, such as walking. e.g., in the house or moving around in the office, doing gardening or housework, playing with the children, shopping, dancing, and the like.

To obtain healthy minutes and Fjuul points, activities must be at least of moderate intensity.

Fjuul is not entirely accurate or may not be able to record movement for activities such as weightlifting, rowing, or activities where the phone cannot realistically trackyour body movements.

You can also wear a heart rate monitor such as a fitness tracker or smartwatch to keep all your activities counted. It's a more accurate and easy way to translate activity into healthy minutes and Fjuul points.

You can find a list of all supported trackers and how to connect them in the Fjuul app profile under activity sources.
